I agree..I have no idea who these guys are...but i know who Miyavi and DBSK are very well!

In fact Miyavi( yes the real Miyavi) is on my Myspace friends list. He is actually very nice. I sent him a friend request and he OKd it like not even 2 hours later. it was really suprising. i thought it would take much longer!

i also have a few more Jrockers on my friends list. Girugamesh ( they took like a day to OK the request) and Exist Trace ( they are an all girl visual Kei band) they took the longest..probably a week.

but yeah it really suprised me how quickly Miyavi responded. I think he really loves his american fans. Plus his myspace page is cute. ( well what you can read of it...some of it is in english..some is in japanese ( and not the romanji kind!)

I actually never heard of these two guys before. I think that Asian artists who perform songs in English are not very popular in the Western market, even if they were born in a English-speaking country. I'd say that more Westerners know DBSK and Miyavi, as opposed to an English speaking Asian performer. But it's good to know that they're out there and I'll go check out their songs right now.

Ah~~ you're so lucky! I wanted to get Super Junior on my friends' list, but they don't have myspace accounts anymore... But I heard that their accounts were managed by others and not Super Junior themselves since they couldn't really speak English...
