So, since we are talking about yellow fever, here, without cheating, please tell me a bit more about this disease (mode of transmission, vectors, the bug that cause the disease,etc); I know that it's difficult for you to know about it, but try to say as much as possible, he he! Okay, let's see what do the others think, and then I will tell you. I agree that it is a very hard question, though. But some of our members here, have caught this disease, and we need to find a drug to cure them, he he!! Twisted Evil

I will give you some clues. As far as I remember, it is a tropical infectious disease, and you really become yellow (because of jaundice), and have high fever!
